The modern world is a constant state of change and innovation. To be a leader in this highly globalized and technically-advanced world, leaders need to embrace a process of organizational change and development. It is very important to put into play new skills to lead successfully in VUCA times (Volatility – Uncertainty – Complexity – Ambiguity).
EADA Business School has developed special program »Master in Leadership« for alumni members of their respective academic partners. With its position among 100 top programs in management, IMB alumni received an invitation to participate in its leadership programme. With more than 60 years of experience, EADA has a solid reputation built on international rankings (top 30 in Europe) and accreditations. Their highly practical methodology is based on work in small, multicultural groups and personalized follow-up by experienced faculty. EADA faculty have extensive managerial experience in top companies and are trained in effectively linking theory to professional practice in the classroom.
The leadership program is held in EADA Collbató Residential Training Campus. The program will be delivered in May 2019 and ten IMB alumni will be selected to participate. EADA has been pioneering the use of an on-site outdoor training methodology in its programmes in order to promote the development of people-focused competences. Outdoor training is the most appropriate methodology for developing skills due to its experiential nature, best recreating the working environment and bringing the physical, emotional and spiritual elements into play, which we should consider in our daily business decisions.
Applied methodology carried out by excellent teachers and professionals, with a group of students from different cultures, which makes possible a real and applicable learning in different realities. The program is delivered as an intensive 2-weeks’ long program, especially designed for those who are not afraid to challenge the status quo. Combining IMB curricula and EADA training successful completion of the program will award participants by “Master in Leadership” by EADA certification.
The program welcomes ten IMB Alumni of all generations. Please apply by the end of December 2018. More information about the program and application could be find hereor received in Alumni or IMB office.
