About the guest lecturer: 

Jordi Díaz is an Associate Dean of EADA Business School and Director of the Executive Academy Teaching and Learning programme of EFMD Global Network. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Wales. He holds a Master in Human Resources Management from EADA and a degree of the Authentic Leadership Development & Disruptive Strategy Programme from Harvard Business School. He started his professional career at Ritz-Carlton.

Jordi joined EADA in 2002 as Director of International Programmes to expand its international programmes beyond our borders and to establish international alliances with business schools around the world.  Before his appointment as Associate Dean for Programmes 2008, he was Director of the EADA pre-experience Masters. As the Associate Dean, he co-ordinates all Programme Directors, leads the launch of new offerings globally and manages the overall coherence of EADA’s degree portfolio. Jordi has been a member of the Board of Trustees at the Executive MBA Council (2008-2012), of which he was appointed Chair of the Council for the 2010-11 term. He serves as a Peer Reviewer for EFMD and AMBA and is a Member of the EPAS Committee. He is also a regular speaker at  conferences and advisory seminars offered by EFMD, The Association of Business Schools (ABS), The Association of MBAs and The Executive MBA Council (EMBAC).
