What: Sporting event with BBQ

Where: GIBI Sport, Avšičeva cesta 70, Ljubljana

When: Thursday, 18.6.2020 from 15:00

Program:

15:00 Arrival
15:30 Barbeque
16:00 Split in sport teams
16:30 Battle begins
19:00 Burger time

Entrance fee is 15€, and includes non-alcoholic beverages, some barbeque and a burger as well sport grounds for football, volleyball and badminton. Entrance for mentors is free of charge.

Please send your confirmation to the IMB@ef.uni-lj.si latest by Tuesday, 16.6.2020 EOD.

If you are coming, then please also state your sport preferences so that we can organize the groups if possible already upfront.
