Invitation to participate in the MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
You are dearly welcome to participate in the Alumni Association MBA Radovljica Mentorship Programme 2011/2012. We cannot promise that you will meet a perfect job applicant, a friend for life or an extremely valuable business colleague (yet, it may happen), but we can guarantee that you will meet an ambitious young student, who will be eternally grateful for your guidance in his or her career.
We are presenting you two prosperous members of the new generation of IMB students and their reasons why they have decided to apply for mentorship programme.
Nejc Slovnik:
I have decided to participate in mentorship programme as I think it is very beneficial to have a business mentor who can contribute to my development as a business person. Besides, the exchange can be made in both directions. A mentor can also get a lot from relationship as they are in contact with young potential individuals who have different, youngish, view towards business and maybe possess new innovative ideas. I look forward in sharing knowledge, advices, ideas and I am inviting you to participate as well.
Nina Stajčič:
Being part of mentorship programme represents an extraordinary and unique opportunity for my future career. By including the broadest spectrum of people, mentoring offers you the opportunity to grow and develop yourself professionally and personally. A successful mentoring program is useful tool for empowering less experienced people and needs to balance the need for inclusion with the need for fair representation. As well, it can help in building the professional relationships and in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance my professional and personal growth. Alumni mentors will serve me as a guide by answering questions, giving advice and helping me to learn more about my fields of interest and about myself.
