What makes top managers? Less of their talent and more of their virtue, as clearly demonstrated by the current global economic crisis. Top managers do not do more things right than their less successful colleagues and friends - they just do less wrong things. They miss less.
Klaus Schuster, MBA, has been a board member for several years in a large international financial group. As an expert in troubleshooting (Troubleshooter) he traveled to different countries and led the creation of new financial institution in Eastern Europe. Meanwhile, he founded his own company, in which he acts also as an advisor and coach for both senior managers and young leaders from all branches and areas at the beginning of their management career.

Klaus is author of professional articles and columns and is a board member of the Managers Association of Slovenia. His publishers are still often nervous because for his consulting activities, Klaus does not require offices, he asks for a company car and argues, he would rather spend his time at the cradle of all sins, problems and their solutions: the intersection between companies and customers.
Born in Austria, married to a Slovenian, Klaus lives in Ljubljana for several years. His book: "11 managerial sins that managers should avoid" is a pervasive and fun reading, dealing with "sins" (mistakes) that are done every day by managers. Read more about the book here.
The event will take place on 11th June 2010 in Ljubljana Restaurant Glažuta, link to Google maps can be found here. Klaus will discuss his theories in a humorous, fun and interactive way, talking in a relaxed atmosphere among Alumni MBA Radovljica members.
