Governing Bodies
Alumni MBA Radovljica association is managed by its members, who volunteered to take an active role in the governing bodies of the associations. They have to carry the association mission and to take the association into their vision.
There are three types of governing bodies of the Alumni MBA Radovljica Association:
- Governing Board - carries out the executive function of the association's mission. It consists of the Governing Board members and Active members Governing Board members that are elected among the Active members for the period of two years.
- Supervisory Board - monitors the performance of the governing board, reviews the Alumni MBA Radovljica Association yearly reports and gives recommendations to the Governing Board. It consists of some of the most well-known members of the association with a permanent mandate.
- Honorary Tribunal - has meetings, when necessary, mostly in the cases of moral dilemmas. It consists of long-term Alumni MBA Radovljica members and the IMB study programme director. Its function is also to give ethical recommendation to the governing and supervisory boards.
There is also a yearly General Assembly of the Alumni MBA Members meeting that is the most important foundation in the association operation. Governing Board calls the meeting for the general assembly.
